The 13^th Annual Waikīkī Steel Guitar Festival was held on Saturday, July 15, 2023. The afternoon session began at 4 PM and featured steel guitarists Mikiya Matsuda from San Francisco, Bobby Ingano, special guest Ethan Goore, Kiyoshi "Lion" Kobayashi from Tokyo, Japan, and Alan Akaka and The Islanders.
